First off, thank you for your interest in Mitchell Realty Services, Inc.  We currently have a number of properties available or coming available for rent. 

The properties below we have scheduled are easily accessible for tours and we have pre-scheduled appointments setup for the convenience of our office and tenants as some are occupied. 

If you do not see an address below, it may be occupied and will need to be scheduled individually based upon the tenants availability.  Please call to setup an appointment in this case. 

Tours may be completed in person or virtually.  Once a tour is completed an application will be processed. 

 

Our requirements are:

  • No Evictions
  • No Balances owed to other landlords
  • No Felony Convictions for Violent, Drug or Sex Offender
  • You must have an income of 3 times the rental amount (Housing Choice Voucher is a form of income, must be equal to one months rent)
  • Credit score of 650 or higher will require your deposit to be equal to one months rent (Some properties may require higher credit rating)
  • Credit score of 580-649 will require a deposit of two months rent; Credit Scoring Lower thank 580 will be subject to Owners Approval
 

 

 

 

After you have been notified of your application being approved, you will have 48 hours to complete your lease agreement and make your first months rent payment in order for us to take the rental off the market.  The security deposit is due on or before move in.  If your move in date is within 15 days of lease signing all funds must be in certified funds (ie. money order or cashiers check).  Otherwise, we do allow online ach payments, personal checks, money orders or cashier checks.

 

First months rent is due in full upon signing a lease.  If you move in after the first day of a month, the second month of your lease will be prorated based upon your move in date.  Upon move in, you will be given a move in checklist in, this will be a checklist for you to complete on how you see the rental.  Once you turn this into our office (within 7 days of move in), we will create a work order and correct any maintenance items and confirm any cosmetic items notated.
